Shirley Davidoff, RN, MS, FNP-C

Shirley Davidoff, RN, MS, FNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner who joined Cardiology and Interventional Vascular Associates (CIVA) in 1997 and serves as Director of Clinical Services.  She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin and obtained a Master’s of Science and post Masters Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Women’s University.   Shirley sees patients both in the office and hospital, serves as preceptor for area nurse practitioner students, and speaks at community and professional events on a variety of cardiovascular topics.  Shirley was named the 2015 Texas Nurse Practitioner of the Year by the Texas Nurse Practitioner Association and is a past recipient of the Dallas Fort-Worth “Great 100 Nurse” award.  Shirley is an associate at the American College of Cardiology and a member of Texas Nurse Practitioners and North Texas Nurse Practitioners organizations.  Shirley is very involved and volunteers in social justice and community activities both in the Dallas Jewish Community and nationally.    She is married to her husband Bill and they have 2 grown sons, Eric and Jeremy.
