Shirley Davidoff, RN, MS, FNP-C

Shirley Davidoff, CIVA Director of Clinical Services, has 22 years of cardiovascular experience and has been a nurse practitioner at CIVA for 10 years. Shirley sees patients for acute and chronic illnesses as well as performs stress and nuclear stress tests. She is a previous Great 100 Nurse for the DFW area and serves as a preceptor/clinical instructor at area nurse practitioner programs.


Ashley J. Dischler, PA-C

Ashley J. Dischler, PA-C

Ashley Dischler is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch of Galveston and had two years of cardiology experience as a physician assistant working in the Dallas area prior to joining CIVA in 2004. She provides consultative inpatient care as well as outpatient clinic follow-up for acute and chronic disease management. She has experience in performing treadmill and Dobutamine stress echocardiograms and thallium nuclear stress tests. She currently works in our Greenville, Texas, office and is available to assist the physicians in the care of our patients.


Rebecca Rourk, RN, MSN, FNP-C

Rebecca Rourk, RN, MSN, FNP-C

Rebecca Rourk was a staff nurse at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas since 1998 before joining CIVA in 2005. Rebecca provides comprehensive care to our inpatients at Presbyterian, assisting all CIVA physicians with rounds, patient education, care following cardiac procedures, and ER visits.

Rebecca's presence in the hospital enhances the care for our patients by being immediately available to patients, staff and physicians for any care needs. Her skills and enthusiasm make her an asset to our practice.


Nell Forster, RN, MSN, FNP-C

Nell Forster, RN, MSN, FNP-C

Nell Forster has been in nursing for 23 years, with most of her experience in the critical care and emergency department areas. She received her master's degree in nursing and became certified as a family nurse practitioner in June 2000. Nell works with Dr. Park and his patients in the CIVA Dallas office and at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.


Victoria Skobel, RN, MS, CCRN, ANP-C

Victoria Skobel, RN, MS, CCRN, ANP-C

Victoria Skobel has been a registered nurse for 26 years, working in the Dallas geographic area. Her work experience has been in hospital critical care and cardiology, with the last eight years working in the hospital cath lab. Victoria received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Science from Texas Woman's University with post master's certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.


Janet Fundaro, RN, MS, ACNP-BC

Janet Fundaro, RN, MS, ACNP-BC

Janet Fundaro is certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and has 26 years experience as an RN and has 7 years experience working with cardiology patients. She has worked in several areas of cardiovascular disease, including general cardiology, interventional cardiology, pacemakers, heart failure, peripheral vascular disease and nuclear stress testing.

Janet received her nursing degree from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma and her MS in Nursing at University of Oklahoma with a specialty as a clinical nurse specialist in cardiovascular nursing. She completed post-graduate courses at the University of Texas at Arlington for Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
